I am the Founder-President of BhimSena formed in 1996(When I was in College). In 1991 I became GS in Ness Wadia College. I worked in many social movements like Rasta Roko's andolan's and Namantaran(Naming) of the Marathwada University in Dr.B.R.Ambedkar University & many more. I struggled a lot for our community and for the youths. Many times I was jailed for social movements , when me and my friends fought for our justice. We traveled a lot all over India for research whenever we got criminal or social news about our Community.
Why eParinay?
When I started searching for a Buddhist Bride for my brother I faced many problems. Like(Many girls having very high expectations and same with boys also). I spent lot of money paying the mandals and websites. Finally my bother got married. But I realized that there is no specialized online platform for our community. Neha(One of the founders) approached me to create eParinay.com. At first I liked the concept and the way it was presented to i.e the purpose of eParinay.com is not money making. eParinay.com is for only social service and for our community. Since last two years I have been involved with eParinay.com and I feel very proud that I am part of it, our eParinay.com.

One of the leaders in Ambedkarite Movement. In college life I worked with 'Satyashodhak Vidyarthi Sanghtana' Pune, one of our student organizations. Took part in 'Dharne Andolan', orgnizing 'Vidrohi Sahitya Sammelan'. I joined 'Dr. Ambedkar Post Graduate Student Association'(DAPSA) when I was in Pune University. I am also working with 'Bouddha Sangharsh Samiti Pune'. Also busy in developing job portal for Ambedkarite Buddhist candidates.

While working with various Ambedkarite Organizations I came to know that I have to do something different for the society. I formed an online group 'Ambedkarite Navayan - The new way of Buddhism' and started collecting the resources. Our boys attracted towards the so-called uppercaste girls which creates a huge social problems in our society. To overcome this I decided to work on eParinay.com for our community. And that should be free, competitive to other matrimonial portals. Thanks to every Ambedkarite who encouraged me. I also thankful to my teacher Shruti (S/W Developer) for this achievement.
Now there's no need to take a step back!

And that creates a huge social problems in our society. After that Me, Rahul and Purab discussed to launch a eParinay.com for our community. And this should be free, cometitive to other matrimonial portals. There's no need to take a step back. To overcome this we launched eParinay.

Purab & me are best childhood friends. He & myself had worked together shoulder to shoulder in many social awareness drives. We fought for the upliftment of our community since we formed our organization called BhimSena. We faced lot of difficulties implementing the thoughts of Babasahed into our community but we did not not give up we fought our for goal & one day purab came up to me with the grand concept of a site that holds matrimonial registrations only for our community. I was very exicited by the concept & since then we decided to start working towards our goal. We faced many problems while getting towards our goal but ultimately I believed, “Where there’s a will there’s a way�? & things started happening eventually & atlast we made it. I thank all our Team members For their wholehearted support.
